Jessica Magnan has been practicing yoga for the last 6 years and completed her teacher training here in Ottawa at Rama Lotus almost two years ago. Trained in the Hatha Yoga style, she was able to cultivate both physical and spiritual awareness and strength through a deeper understanding of yoga. With a background in gymnastics and fitness, and an ever-present interest in self-study and reflection, Jessica has found her dharma in yoga instruction! As a teacher, her love and passion for yoga grow with every class--always continuing to approach her practice and teaching with the mind of a beginner, Jessica loves to try new postures and classes and share the learning with her students. Jessica loves a strong, flowing practice but always ensures a balanced, well rounded class with pauses and spaces for rest, and reflection.
