Joel Beauchamp

Joel is a yoga teacher committed to the promotion and education of yoga for physical, psychological and spiritual well-being. After 10 years of dedicated personal practice he completed 500 Hour Teacher Training in India to enable him to share his knowledge and passion with others. He has studied extensively the systems of Ashtanga,  Vinyasa, Iyengar, Vinyasa Krama and Classical Hatha Yoga. In addition, he has received formal instruction in several types of meditation, as well as the disciplines of Pranayama, Yoga Nidra and Vedic Philosophy. Over the course of his practice he has spent a year in India studying and travelling. 

Alec Balfour

Alec comes from a background of sports playing high level basketball and rugby, he was first introduced to yoga in 2011 as a mean to prevent injury and increase flexibility. With time his passion for sports became a passion for yoga and movement. Coming from an Ashtanga background he gradually fell in love with yin, vinyasa flow, animal locomotion... basically movement & mobility in general. He is influenced by his teachers Mark Robberds & Deepika Mehta and what he learned studying with them. He hopes to teach a safe class that will help with longevity in mobility, flexibility and strength in respects to western anatomy while staying true to the eastern science that is yoga.

Gassira Mohamed

Gassira is originally from Djibouti . She was born from a family who had always been in the hospitality and tourism industry and she followed their path and worked as an executive manager of a resort.
Her spirituality awakening started 3 years ago when she started taking private breathing classes twice a week, she started to see colors in her breathing session and feeling energy flow in her body. She then knew there was something else in this life and she researched and talked to others but she couldn't get a straight answer.

She started traveling around the world to learn more about spirituality and meeting other people who experienced awakening like herself and that was when she decided to become a yoga teacher. Yoga has taught her that when the mind is calm, harmonious, and concentrated, you gain right understanding of yourself and others.

She then continued living her new life teaching energy classes such as chakras balancing, singing bowl and spiritual hypnosis experiences, she became a theta healer and access consciousness bars practitioner and still continues to study by taking acupuncture and cupping classes .

She calls herself an energy facilitator and a Love and Light seeker. She knows that all people connected to the divine but they forget about it often.
In her yoga classes and her private sessions she will make sure you connect yourself easily with the Divine.

This is a class that reflects classical roots of yoga - a sequence of asana that is slow paced with focus on alignments, not vinyasa style. Asana are performed to warm up your body and prepare it for the main part - meditation. You will be guided and supported by the instructor during meditation so that your mind follows your will, not the other way around.
